My 2000 R1100s has not been used for about 8yrs,kept in a dry garage under a cover.I would like to have it put back to road worthy condition and am not capable of doing it myself. I welcome any sensible suggestions as to the best way to get this done.

Spoken to Peter,he has had operation and is back home.It was a success and he is ok although in a bit of discomfort as he heals.

It is not the end of the world mate,try an MX5 or a more expensive sport car,you may be pleasantly surprised,especially living where you do.Happy New Year to you both and everyone else.

Back home from a brilliant Boxertrix Scottish weekend,thanks Chris.Not the best weather ,and not huge numbers like weekends of old,but was a case of Quality over quantity.Brilliant company, accommodation and food all organised by Chris(or maybe Amanda)to a very high standard.Hope everyone has arrive...
