Cheap price! Can I ask what fuelling option you have gone for instead? Rexxer by Ducati Coventry? Al None at the moment. Only just acquired another engine which I need to rebuild to race spec. All being well a Rexxer remap will allow me to exploit the full potential of the modifications being done ...

Hi
Good work. Glad to see someone have a go at it.
A ratchet strap around the expanded tank should bring it back to shape.
I imagine you have already done it though being as your clever enough to make your own big tank.
Top job..
All the best

Hi I have a pazzo lever on the clutch side. Very nicely made and adjustable via a small lever. The clutch is quite light as is, a different lever isn't going to make the action any lighter unless you pull the very end to get more leverage. You would have to change the master cylinder bore size to ma...

Thank for the great explanation Gus. I never understood how removing that roller would give us a quicker throttle pull. Now I do! What about fitting HP2 throttle bodies? Or is that just cost prohibitive? I did try one of the gizmo's that attach at the grip area, but it only decreased the pull margi...

How easy/difficult is it to do this Gus? (The throttle body casings I mean as I can see the roller bit is easy) Also , I'm guessing that this won't be too extreme and perfectly acceptable for the road. Given that there is no longer a roller, is the throttle any harder to 'twist'? . I'm sure someone...

Hi all Old thread i know, but while i have the bike in pieces i thought i would show a few photos and a little experiment i did in reference to the OP. even with a quick action throttle i still found that getting on the throttle met with a delay to getting any power to pull the bike out of tight cor...

Hi If the heads, cams , barrels and pistons /rings are good then think about replacing the shells if the crank is good. It's pretty easy to do if the crank is in good nick. No need to split the cases . Strip right down first and inspect and then go from there. Motorworks or sherlocks for a short eng...

Hi The saering kit is ok . Needs a fair bit of sanding and you also need to drill holes. The rear section has alluminium strips bonded in to support the exhaust can. Depends if you want to have a nice paint job on how much time and effort you will need to put in.For track use it's fine and at the ri...
