I’ve just booked my room at the Buccy for that weekend. They still have plenty of availability, so get in there quick. I’m not sure how the rumour about them being fully booked originated, but that is most definitely not the case.

You're right, the site is not as active as it was 10 years ago, but we still have weekends away, Covid permitting, some come and say hello in Hawes in July.

Having moved from Surrey to Norfolk, I've noticed a definite change in road kill species. In Surrey it was usually a fox squished on the road, whereas here in Norfolk, it's predominantly muntjac deer and pheasants, with the occasional hare. All the foxes seem to have buggered off to the big cities. ...
