Re: Anyone been for a ride yet?

Yipee, first ride of 2020 was executed safely yesterday. Our village golf course will open on Friday for paid up members. We have only ever played the course as visitors not being serious golfers. But improving our golf will add purpose to some of our walks. It turns out the membership secretary li...

Re: A bit confused here ....

Hi Gerry Hope all is well in Sunny Spain 8) I don't know what model 'Jez old red BM , N9JOB' is, I'm guessing it's a R1100s ? but I've gotta say, in my limited experience of 4,500 miles on my BCR over the past 3 years, it has the least front end dive of any bike I have not only owned, but ridden. It...

Re: Anyone been for a ride yet?

Resurrecting my R1100S to the road today - fork seals need doing on the F800ST. Mot booked for 3.30pm and that is 12 miles away. Will take a longer route home but still only about 30 miles in total. Let us know what the roads are like today in your 'neck of the woods' and that she passed :bounce:

Also Ron Williams from Maxton (grey hair) in the second photo, who was given the shove in the IOM and Derek Chittenden from Hejira brought in for rider Steve Cull.

Re: Anyone been for a ride yet?

Nicola hasn’t eased our restrictions yet so some essential shopping trips on the bikes have been required. I have noticed However that my sense of direction has eroded during ‘lockdown’ and I seem to get lost every time I leave the house. I always find the shop and manage to get home though so no ne...
