Re: New Job, New City, New Life

Update : Didn't pass my Assessment in October, passed 6 out of 7 elements but have to pass them all. Discussed getting more experience with the shop before going back for another assessment but then started to suffer with my knee (which has had a fair bit of trauma due to two major bike accidents ov...

Re: tonight 5pm

Perfect description of why we ride bikes. It's not just for the ride, its the whole experience, before, during and after the ride itself and sometimes it has to be by yourself, just you, the bike and the road. I understand and fully agree with the sentiment Chris, glad you had a blast Mate 8)

Racing a BMW M2 in my Porsche Boxster at 'The Ring' 26.08.18

Went for my annual weekend at the Nordschleiffe or you might know it as 'The ring' last weekend. Did 1 lap after we arrived in the late afternoon of Saturday 25th Aug in the damp and rain and 9 laps on the Sunday 26th Aug in glorious warm sunshine. All went well and we had great weather all day on t...

Re: Want to share something

Now then Very sad Chris, I will take a moment today to think about everyone concerned and hope the funeral is a fitting tribute to the poor young woman. I can't even pretend to imagine the pain and heartache all directly involved are experiencing or people like you and your wife who have tough memor...

Re: Assen BSB?

I agree with what Al says. I usually stop away from Assen. Zwolle is a good town to stay in with plenty of decent accommodation that's 40min south of Assen so its less distance from your ferry or tunnel and if you feel like it, Amsterdam is only an hour away on the train for a Saturday night out :wi...
