Having overhauled my front calipers, it looks like i maybe in for another set of front discs, will use the racing ones not the OEM pup.. I know that BMW have a love affair with loctite, but has anyone put back the front disc bolts without loctite on the threads??? Is there frequent tightening, that ...

Pulsing front brakes

When the front brakes started pulsing today, i though yet another warpped disc, only replaced the last one this time last year.. However, it only pulses at heavy braking... Could this be the brakes grabbing??? Using standard BMW discs and EBC organic pads... Had the bike standing for over a month wh...

mine has done this before.. It was the cable sticking in the casing, not a cable kink... To do it correctly, remove the cable completely and apply grphite grease to it and reassemble.. Use Active 8, Have been for over a year, not sure if it does out as i change the gearbox oil loads, so could not completly tell but looking inside with an endoscope the internals are like new...
But i do use a DX grade which is the trade box oil, so nice to have some adds in just in case.

Has anyone tryed the Donit oil filter supplied by motobins, its about 4.25 per unit... are they any good??
