I used RAC a couple of years back to cover my 2007 R12 in France. About £85 I think. Very glad I did as had to get the bike ferried back to the UK but I had the option of a hire car to drive home in, ferry costs paid back to collect the bike from the dealer where repairs would have been done. +1 for Tayna, have got two from them and excellent service. One for the S1 and one for the R12, about £40 - £50 each, both AGM.

Common problem I've been told (by my fav BW specialist, Graham of Graham's Motorcycles in Taunton).

BMW tie the cable too tight with cable ties and after a bit the wire breaks. Fix and leave some wriggle room!

MOT'd and all fixed for a very reasonable price :wink:
