The Advanced/Professional range have a lifetime warranty on them, as long as they haven’t been ground down or show signs of abuse with a hammer etc they will change them for new.

An ABBA stand would work and if needed you could also lift the front wheel with a small scissor jack under the engine, I am assuming you take the bike to the trackday in a van/trailer!!

Bush fires Chris, all around Sydney suburbs and east coast. Watched a forest fire in Canada jump a 30-40m wide river, ‘kin scary so is the noise it makes.

The GS lighting bars are mounted at top of forks level as the GS frame is different because of the beak, it sounds as though BMblB wants to mount them lower down. The bolts that attach the front mudguard to the fork lowers could possibly be changed for longer ones with a small spacer to prevent crus...

As Dave says, the engines fitted to the 1100 were either single or twin spark with negligible performance difference between them. The only difference between the S, Ssport or BCR were rear wheel size, suspension and pretty paint. When I got my Ssport it had a Laser system fitted and dealer said it ...

An article on Devon live said the routes were being changed and some longer crossings cancelled to allow extra crossings to be run as part of no deal brexit planning, this has maybe caused the changes to your trip.
