Boxercup Bellypan Decals.
Hi there. Thinking of getting the bellypan repainted, (2004,red, white blue version), I remember seeing here on the forum that there was a company doing the decals for the bike. Can anyone supply the name and costs. I haven't checked with my dealer but I can imagine they're expensive if available fr...

Boxercup numbers?
Read the MCN article and as the owner of a RWB 2004 bike I have always wondered how many of the types were produced. Anyone have an idea of the numbers? Regards Robin.

BCR question
Hi there. I've followed this thread and wondered if anyone knows approximately how many Boxercup Replika's are out there. I've only seen a couple including my 54 plate about but never been able to get an accurate number. I liked the comment about a mint bike owner not selling. It would break my hear...

Torque setting.
Thanks for the info. All seems fixed now. Any info on where you can get a list of all the settings other than Haynes manual?

Torque setting? Brake bleed nipple.
Hi there. Anyone know the torque setting for the bleed nipples on calipers fitted to my 2004 Boxercup. Can't seem to stop a tiny leak on both front ones after bleeding and can't find it in the Haynes manual.. Regards Robin.

Thanks for the replies, must admit I went into Motorrad in Dalkeith and asked for some tech info and god bless them they were trying to convince me to go for Ohlins! Only £1400. I'm really, really tempted but on a 10 year old bike, thats probably 25% of it's value. Waiting for some info from Motorwo...

Boxercup(2004) suspension replacement.
Hi there, looking to replace the suspension on my 2004 Boxercup. I have looked at Hagon and Nitron websites but it looks like those units are for the standard suspension units but I believe the Boxercup ones are longer as the bike sits higher. I will give Motorworks a call but I'm sure someone must ...

Hi there. I'm looking to replace the brake hydraulic lines on my 2004 Boxercup Rep. I'm sure I've seen posts on this subject but I can't find them. Is there a recommended way, eg copy what's there or go for twin lines from the master cyclinder... All the usual questions, suppliers etc. Thanks in ant...

About brake lines.
Having read the posts on the brake lines, I am needing to replace the lines on my 2004 Boxercup Replika. What are the recommended options for suppliers and best methods of replacing the lines. Is it best to copy the original set up or go for two lines from the master cylinder. I'm open to hear the o...

Play in rear wheel?
Hi there. I have a 2004 Boxer Cup and I had it up on an Abba stand today and when I was playing around with the rear wheel and noticed that there was some play. It's only got 6250 miles on it. I know, I should get out on it more often, so is this the end of some rear bearing? The wheel turns smoothl...

BCR in Edinburgh
Hello there. Ok I admit it was me you saw on the BCR going on to the By Pass. I had just taken the bike out for a quick spin and had left the belly pan off after some deep cleaning. It's a 2004 and I've had it since new and loved every run on it. Great fun but I got a gs1150 which takes up most of m...
