Re: day out

Thanks for the kind words folks.

Yogi, Gail is now the owner of the Manderin & Graphite 11S that we've had for ever. I foolishly let her have a go on me 1150GS the other week
She forgets she's now a Granny

Aye, you had us going there Steve

Give-up on the household chores but keep items; 2,3,12 & 13 as they come in handy for cleaning that fine collection of bikes you have :D

Re: R1100S parts wanted

Thanks for the replies folks. I have sorted the rear caliper issue and bought a Lamba sensor. I don't actually need complete handlebar clusters, I just need these: https://www.ebay.de/itm/BMW-R-1100-S-R2S-Abdeckung-Blende-Schalter-links-rechts-174/332467407531?fits=DEM_Make%3ABMW&hash=item4d689a...

Trixter bike spotted

Saw an R1200S (proudly wearing Boxertrix stickers :) ) parked outside Angus Hotel in Blairgowrie this morning.
Someone from here having a wee Scotlandshire adventure? (hope you managed to dodge the torrential showers today  )

Ballater

Aye, thought it would be a good idea to ride me GS up to Ballater for the bank holiday weekend camping in the van with Mrs Big Rob & our dog Ed.
Ballater is a lovely wee town, it's surrounded by cracking roads and stunning scenery, well worth a visit.

The bike is clean for its' age, i've only managed to get out on it once so far, covered 100-miles and couldn't stop grinning inside me helmet, lumpy, bumpy and lots of character. Spent Saturday afternoon in me garage making a plate to allow t...

If you're scrapping the bike, I'd be interested in buying the whole bike.

Cheers,
