Re: r1100s or f800gt

Don`t know the circumstances behind this "offer" but i would suggest that if you did not intentionally determine to buy a F800gt in the first instance then think it through carefully . The 800 will not give the mumbo the 1100s provides.

Rough and Rowdy Ways

Just heard the latest Dylan offering. Absolutely amazed. At 79 yrs of age this artists Mercury is still rising. Finishes with a 16 minute ballad "murder most foul". Great piece of work.

Re: Front Wheel Spindle

Will do. I need to get to the bottom of this issue. Love the bike as the 100,000 miles proves but its difficult getting the most out of it on the track days and touring without proper braking at the front end. Cost is now becoming an issue due to the residual value of the bike (about thruppence ha'...

Triumph troubled times?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofIHT4pOILo Interesting opinion which sounds plausible. Does anyone care if they are made in the east? Triumph dropped the cruiser range a couple of years ago and are offering a lot of models based on the 1200 Bonnie . Has anyone considered buying one? He puts an inte...

Re: Front Wheel Spindle

Re the master reservoir piston. if this has corrosion on it then it may not move as freely as it should. If the wheel spins freely when you have physically pushed the caliper pistons back then it does not having applied the brakes and released then there may be some logic in that theory. I am thinki...
