Good for you hope you like it. Personally i think its a lot of dosh for what you get, me, well er. single seat twin?? sportsbike?? think Ducati or even the new Buell, or if your wallet can stretch to it 1200 HP.. now your talking. Still its a nice bike and i have ridden it. Enjoy. Chris

ABS, ? Hmmn Just something else to go wrong and another oppurtunity for the dealers? Who needs it anyway? I can crash without touching the brakes!!! You are both correct. 611 is for pre 03 bikes after 03 it is 590 and Bailey method will not work with this belt so unfortunately chaps it is tank off slacken 3 mount bolts alternator drops, fit belt re tension from rear with torque wrench. No joy with belt. there is no way this belt motorworks have supplied me with will turn on to crank pulley without going through slackening off alternator, tensioning and adjustment procedures (fuel tank has to come off for that) I am certain the belt is wrong. Thanks Gentlemen, I have checked it out , pleasantly to my suprise i had figured that one out for myself:shock: but i am still concerned about adjusting and tensioning correctly so that the new belt will last as long as they say it should 36k miles.
