Re: Engine 'noisy'

Cheers Chris.

No oil light lit

I always wear ear plugs on my bikes, for the wind noise, but pottering about lately into town, shopping etc I've not bothered and this helped me notice the rattle. Hopefully all ok, i'm sure it will be.

I'd like to hear that HP2 :bounce:

Engine 'noisy'

I noticed on Sunday while on my way home from a day out the bike sounded - 'tappet', for want of a better word   Washed her today and took her for a spin to blow the water out of the nooks and crannies and brakes, as you do and again thought it just didn't sound right but worked without f...

Re: What have you done since lockdown 'kicked in'

:hello1: Great pics. That wire trellis is a great idea, did you get it tight enough  and those wood stores look very good too. Makes me very happy to see a car off road, no matter what it is but especially when it looks tough enough to be off road and yours does. I love a 'Felix' cat, black an...

Re: positives of the lock down

For me & In no particular order :- Garage is now how I want it, in a fashion. Shed is cleaned out and organised. Back on my MTB after sooo long and exploring the local area has been brilliant. Sorted through about 40 photograph albums from my 27 years life with my ex wife - a job long overdue - ...

Re: Anyone been for a ride yet?

Yipee, first ride of 2020 was executed safely yesterday. Our village golf course will open on Friday for paid up members. We have only ever played the course as visitors not being serious golfers. But improving our golf will add purpose to some of our walks. It turns out the membership secretary li...

Re: A bit confused here ....

Hi Gerry Hope all is well in Sunny Spain 8) I don't know what model 'Jez old red BM , N9JOB' is, I'm guessing it's a R1100s ? but I've gotta say, in my limited experience of 4,500 miles on my BCR over the past 3 years, it has the least front end dive of any bike I have not only owned, but ridden. It...
