Hi again! Neutral switch...

My 12s has been sat for a couple of weeks and the neutral switch is sticking. How do I get to it to lubricate/excercise it?

Hahaha :D Well, I don't know what's going on. I settled into a comfortable position on the way to work yesterday and found I didn't have to move or fidget. I was fine all the way to work, home again (2 hrs in persistent heavy rain) and back in this morning. Maybe I've just got used to it? I'll stop ...

Smart.

I was wondering what to protect the cover and cases with; I'm going to be doing a lot of motorway miles, including the winter.

What's the best gloopy coating to apply? I'll put it on in October and clean it off in the spring.

R1200S seat- bloody hell

OK, I've done a few hundred miles now so I can comment on various things. The seat is comfy for about 10 minutes. This is the first BMW I've ridden- I thought they were supposed to be comfortable! I'm going to have to do something with it. I've read some of the other posts about corbin seats & h...

Huh! You people are spoilt!

When I got knocked off my Morini they gave me a CB400N as a courtesy bike. What a stodgy pile of crap!

Funny thing was, I went to the Kempton Park autojumble, and when I came out, there were a couple of people looking at it, as if it was some kind of classic! Sad gits

Well, I have my bike from Wednesday, and new address from Saturday! :D

Now I just need my employers to pull their finger out and sign up to CTW so I can line up a new pushbike!

Buying kit

Hello

Where does everyone go to buy new stuff these days, now Hein Gericke & the like seem to have disappeared?

I need to buy a jacket this week but I want to try it on- surely not too much to ask?

Does everyone just buy online & send it back if it doesn't fit?

There's no denying a TL has a monster engine, by all accounts!

I went & looked at that a couple of weeks back; pretty sure it had the Ohlins front as well...

And it is definitely clean!
