Absolutely no plans to - she's in such good condition it would seem wrong.
Besides, I'm of the opinion that Hans Muth did a pretty good job with the styling on these. Other opinions are available of course!

There is a kit available - not tried it myself but I believe others on here have experience:

I know this maybe a bit cheeky, but I'd be interested in the Remus exhaust if someone just has the bike from you :) Price update as panniers gone - now £1800 as pictured but WITHOUT panniers and mounting parts and WITH pillion seat cover (in blue to match). Will also have a Remus exhaust, genuine B...

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I don't have a story about the sexual awakening of teenagers or librarians in Wales, so I feel like I've let the class down. Scotland on the other hand..... Sounds great! Do you have any plans for it or will you be keeping it as it is? Keeping as-is for now, bar f...

Smaller, older cousin

Had an early start on Saturday in order to get through to Derby and pick up this little beauty before buggering off with the family for the remainder of the bank holiday weekend. R65 LS manufactured in 02/1982 but not registered until 1984. Has amassed a grand total of just under 16000 miles in her ...

Cheers all. Yes, I've kinda made up my mind, although if the 11 doesn't sell then it's not the end of the world. Still not sure if I've priced it right though.

Cheers lads - yes. it's the Hans Muth designed one with the little nose fairing. And it sounds like your backing up what I was thinking, so the next question is what's my 1100S worth? 1999 T plate with around 48000 miles. The MOT's out next month so I'll stick 12 months on it (pretty sure it'll pass...

Dilemma

I've been riding my 1100S a little bit this year - more than I have for the last couple of years, and I've come to realise that I don't do it justice. I'm quite happy to pootle along like an old man, sitting upright and watching the world go by - the bike deserves more. And I'm only a very occasiona...

They look straighter than mine! Might have to consider straightening mine up, although I didn't consider it an issue until now - I assumed they were all like that......

Definitely sounds like a charging issue, so belt or alternator most likely. Belt may not be due for changing due to mileage, but how old is the bike? The rubber will perish with time, regardless of mileage.
