Seconda parte

We made it to the seaside resort that has become home to many a Moto GP rider in the past few years. Probably because of VR46 being situated close by. Even Frankie Chili is rumored to have a beach nearby. The hotel is located on one of the main roads and easy to find. Close to the beach and about 40...

Re: Primo giro d'Italia

Thanks for the comment. As long as she was ok. A bike is a bike. My missus was clenching the seat tightly as we went up. It sure is a good road up to the pass. Just be careful in the tunnels. The bends can be a bit more slippery inside than those in the open.

Primo giro d'Italia

Prima parte This one has been a while in the making. If there is one place to go and see the MotoGP then the San Marino GP is one of the must do's. A group of us has decided to attend the meeting but because of the fear of flying :D I elected to take the bike down to visit the eyeties and in the pro...

Re: Laser exhaust

Here you go. Being 19mm long makes a bit more of a difference. Takes it down from circa 104 to about 101 ish on mine. Fits the 48mm pipes just right and here in less than a week. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/262573054227?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT You can still get L...

Re: Fitting a Laser race exhaust.

This morning I set on it with the plan to make sure the throttle cables were set correctly and also check the the BBS are equal. Well the throttle cables were a bit out and also the BBS. 5 minutes later and that was sorted. Started the bike and used the PC III throttle reset function to reset the TP...

Thanks for your help.

Can't find it!

There was a very good write-up by one of our members about setting up the throttle bodies before the balance is done. I have searched on and off today for the thread trying various words but no such luck. All I can remember was a good description of how to set up the throttle body when disconnected ...

Just a heads up. There is a group buy thread on UKGSer for the 1200 injector kit. Have a read.

Re: Single spark and twin spark differences?

The obvious. Cylinder head, rocker cover and spark plug cover, extra coil stick. Not so obvious. The ECU (Motronic unit), the wiring for the plugs, HT coil (under the tank), ignition coil. Also be aware that those bikes without heated grips runs a lower output alternator. A look here will put you at...
