Personally, I think all the blue bling spoils it. Get the wheels back to silver and change all those awful blue anodised bolts and he'd have a nice bike..........still be lucky to get 3k for it though....just my opinion of course

For what my opinion is worth (not a lot some would say :D ), if it was me, i'd be keeping the Cup. As the others have said, the BCR an iconic bike and I think will hold it's value better in future years than a stock 12s. It's like the modern difference between a R90s and the R100s, both nice bikes, ...
