Good for you! (at least you're not trying to sell Harleys)
Triumph make great bikes.
Thought you might have been thinking about retirement?

When you post - there is a tab below the text screen for "attachments"
Just upload the photos there (bearing in mind there is a size limit) You can either choose from your computer files or drag the file into the pane.
Easy-peasy............ Lemon Squeezy!

Re: ACF50
Never been a fan of ACF50 - and the notion of using an aerosol can to spray into a cup to brush on, seems counter intuitive to me. I use this stuff: TECTYL CAVITY WAX https://www.google.com/search?sca_esv=577146942&rlz=1C1CHBF_en-GBGB814GB814&sxsrf=AM9HkKlaNHbpbE0_giV6dfrvUILpuyxYmw:16984082...

All the best

Totally agree - a very pleasing livery, and the small bellypan (which I believe allows fitting the centrestand) works very well.

Re: Almost a new member again.
Very nice !
I sold a full Akra last November for £3,500, which I felt was a good deal for the buyer.
One thing I noticed when it was off the bike - it weighs absolutely NOTHING!
They don't come up for open sale often, that's for sure.
Enjoy the bike - they really are special.

Re: Another BMW....
Well... range... The Official WLTP range for mixed driving is 273 miles. In Winter, in the pouring rain, at motorway speeds, that's nearer 180 miles. Now it's getting warmer, and I'm doing less motorway miles I'd say it's a comfortable 220 mile range, without having to drive like an old lady. Given...

Re: I’m officially middle aged apparently
I always laugh at the "GS Bleuch! - everyone's got one!" brigade....................... There is a reason for the popularity - stuningly capable bikes. The latest ones with the electronic shocks are getting a bit of a panning just now, so having the older simpler ones is a bonus I reckon. ...

Blackal you were right and so is the hype. I really like them they made a big difference, the fear of potholes has subsided and now I'm just enjoying my new improved bike. Money well spent ( instant seat of the pants improvment ) than say a new exhaust. Now when my battery goes I'm going to replace...

Re: Tyre enquiry.
Road 4 have been superseded by the much better 5 and slightly better still- Road 6. I don't think the GT incarnations of any of those - is correct for the weight of the 1100s though. They are designed for the larger/heavier tourers. sports/tourers. You won't go wrong with Michelin Road 5 or 6, but I...
