Hi Mak and welcome, I have and R11S and a Tuono , I see you sold a Tuono.They are a bit like chalk and cheese, but I find the Tuono is great for blasts and the R11S for longer trips and touring

Hi and welcome, I have also owned both and oddly enough a 12 before an 11. I'd definitely prefer an R11S for commuting and touring.

I'd check a few basics and pop out the plugs, check the colour and check for spark. Take the injectors out and see if they are injecting fuel (into a jar). At the end of the day you need spark fuel and compression
