No, mine is a single spark.

I now need to check my ECU to see if it is the later one as apparently it doesn't work on the earlier one (pre 2000)

Last year I bought a set off ebay for £35 and they seem to be fine so far.
You need to be careful of the sizes because the throttle one needs to be 28mm ID and the clutch side 25mm ID.
I had previously bought a "standard" set which were way too small.

Just a long shot, but you had paralever bearings replaced around 3000 miles ago? I had a similar problem a little while after replacing mine, turned out that I hadn't refitted the drive shaft back onto the gearbox output shaft properly (it's held on by a built-in snap ring) and it had worked its way...

Hi Mike, thanks for that, it may be worth me trying Raspbmc rather than Raspyfi, (which has now become Volumio). Tried a couple of different software settings but still have some drop-outs on 24/96k files. Apparently there is a way of getting the digital audio out of the HDMI socket, but how is beyo...

Excellent and nicely timed information as I am having a run in with Vodafone right now on a new contract they sold me at the end of November. I am still waiting for my old business number to port over and may now have to wait another week. On top of that they disconnected my old number on Boxing day...

Pi was recent, it is the new version, but thanks to your prompt I have looked into it a bit more and may give it another try.
Otherwise there is a more advanced option apparently with Udoo

Many thanks for that, should have mentioned, but have actually tried the Pi with a program called Raspyfi and had problems with drop-outs on anything above 16bit 44.1k files due to a problem inherent to the Pi sharing the same bus (or something) for ethernet and USB. There is talk about a future fix...

Music Streaming anyone?

Hi, any of you guys into music streaming of hi res (mainly flac) 2 ch audio? Have been involved in hifi for years and am well up to sorting through the bullshit given by salesmen on that side of it but am a streaming newbie. Am currently using an old laptop on Windows 7 outputting via Jriver through...

Glad to be of help! Actually happened to me this year on a trip to Le Mans, when we were staying at a place with a long gravel track. Got on the bike and had a job to get first gear, though sh*t stuck in France!!! Took it up the road and no better, so got on my hands and knees and found the little b...

Had a similar problem once, not that bad, just 1st was difficult, turned out to be small stone lodged on top of the gearbox stopping the lever going down properly
