I guess that depends upon which system you have fitted to the bike.
More details needed before anyone can give you an answer I think.

Re: not boxer related
Hi Chris - for about 10 years I used to switch to winter tyres in November and back to normal ones about April.
I bought a set of s/h rims from a breaker and then fitted the winter tyres and swopped them myself each season.
I have to say they were superb in the wet and in snow, but on warm dry days ...

Re: Heat Pumps
I'll just mention the elephant in the room.
Any heat pump, air source or ground source, will not work in a retro fit without a serious amount of additional capital expense.
Basically the heat differential they generate is small compared to a gas or oil boiler.
And this means to raise the room ...

Don't forget the Baskerville Hall Steve, as that was a good place and change of routes in mid / south Wales.

Re: Welsh Weekend 2022
Sorry I wasn't well enough to join in with the ride out, but it was great to catchup with many Trixter friends at the dinner.
It wiped me out for all of Sunday and I'm still suffering this morning, but well worth the effort.
Here's to full recovery and joining in some more rides with you all next ...

Re: Wanted: .... Lennies Intake
Simples
Take the one you have and make female half moulds from it to lay up as many copies as you want.
Can make them in plastic, Glass or Carbon then and way cheaper than £512 ($AUS900) including the mould material.
Just need to get permission to do it from Mr Lennie if you're going to sell them ...

Might not be so dry at that price, my large one was about £40 years ago.

Re: Wanted: pannier liner
Steve, failing getting one (or two) I used the commercial ones from the supermarket that come on a roll of 20 or 50 at a time and choice of black or white colours, usually found on the shelf labelled bin liners!

Re: Father forgive me ....
Simon please expand more on your ENC intake - I've never heard of it.
What is it, where do you get one, how much etc.
A google search turned up absolutely zilch for ENC intake for R1100S.
Thanks
