My bike is subject to a recall re a fuel pipe. BMW have been vague about which one. My nearest dealer cannot do the work for 4 weeks and advise that I don't ride the bike, but when I ask how to get it to them suggest I ride it ( and have a cup of coffee whilst it is done) or they can collect it for ...

No idea who Blackal is, although he seems to be a touch aggressive in his dealings with some people. I have owned as far as i can remember a Suzuki TS 100ERN, a Kawasaki KE175 KL250, Suzuki GT200X5, Kawasaki GPZ 550 ( twice). Kawasaki 1000J and Z1R. Yamaha XJ 650. Suzuki X7. Honda XL 250 and XL 500....
