Well, you don't need to upgrade to 11 if you have the RB. Upgrades are only recommended if you experience problems and with the RB you will not. Well, let's wait (see the Pelican post of mine) the RB Man to give us a clue - or I hope so... (reason? some updates are not ..."suggested" > ht...

minus points > 1. no anti mist gizmo available (other than the questionable inner visor treatment - it doesn't work, sorry BMW). 2. price in Greece : 430 Euros (Oops!). 3. strange "hisssss" when visor open (first "click" = manual "anti mist", town) PS: of course this is...

Great lid (and the availability of spare parts...a great plus point). You can remove and clean internal stuff...a giant plus point.

A bit "unstable" in the open position mind, I mean not the firm "lock" feeling in my old (replaced) Shoei Duotec.

RapidBike3 VS Motronic upgrade(s)

Hi friends, Here's a puzzle of mine : I'm on my way to install that RB3 thing. Now...this is tuned "dynamically" in a rolling type of dyno (Dynostar and the likes). Think RB as a kind of "interface" between Motronic <> injectors. Question is > should one re tune (Euros!!) RB ever...

welcome! What you doing in Athens? I worked there in Greece 3 times for a total of 8 years (have me met even?). Go really carefully! I dropped my CBX400/4 on the road to Sunion in 1987, got rammed on a K75S in Thess in 1990, and low sided another K75S due to over exhuberance on the mountain hairpin...

Hello from Greece

Hi there,

Newbie to this forum. Crazy with bikes (BM's and some ...other Red things, he he). I'm on my way to do "some" mods in my R12S (middle range ponies etc etc) with the usual stuff on hand (full HPE + RapidBike3 + Iridium plugs + filter + ...). More in a while

Cheers, Peter
