I don't see any probs with that setup, I don't think the front has to cope with too much anyway, specially as you keep it on the back wheel for long periods anyway, if the oop north trip was 'out to go by :wink:

Paul, the hyperpros's were Bob's (Boxerdogs) old un's, see recent posts, but i think they are std length, so probably not up to your req's, you being of green giant stature...........no offence :wink:

Thanks Paul, I thought the qpac was a total solution, looking at the piccies, do I need a cradle as well?
like your shock mount solution, very neat, was hoping to mount the qpac the same way.

Nah, pulled out, closer inspection led me to believe it would have needed a rebuild, all totaled up was too expensive. the search goes on.

Garmin Quest ram mount

I have read all the relevant posts, but was looking for an update,

specifically mated to an S, if not what is the latest best solution to mount my Quest.
