Re: Arrived today
Happy new bike Gawaine, that looks class Mate but why oh why such a BIG 'can' BMW ? Emissions. I reckon it is still proportional to the bike though and tbqh the original chrome/ satin ones have a pleasant character to them and are a quality fabrication. They do eat up a bit of pannier space...

Re: Arrived today
Well Done Gawaine. A very savvie choice of BMW. It was pointed out that BMW made a massive effort to make the 2023 R1250`s different, aside from the best colour scheme , they changed the indicators

This news seems to have more impact the maturer one gets. Sad news to learn of Bob Burnetts passing. My thoughts are with the loved ones he left behind.

starter motor r1100s SOLD
hey up, i`ve just found my 1100s starter, I took it off my 04 model in 09 after it let me down in Mull , (Amanda was a good jump starter). It was intermittent and i reckon it is too good to go in a skip when you look at what a diy repair versus new or recon costs. Its very clean and an original bmw ...

Too much tech going into bikes that I don`t really need let alone adorning myself with it. Summat else to go wrong...and be obsolete in no time even if it works up to your expectations. I agree that a discreet one is far better than the ones on top of your bonce that make one look a bit silly. I can...

Re: Calling Steve Parry
That`s good news Steve, I am sure it was not a decision taken lightly to change Brand. I got the impression when dealing with Vertu that BMW like the car and bike franchise under one roof, hard for a single dealer to compete with and ultimately when all the competition has been wiped the consumer pa...
