Hi Ron Unfortunately not this year, but we had a briliant time last year, despite the "English" style rainstorm on the morning of the main races! Enjoyed the whole experience, so maybe again in 2007 as I can't get a ferry crossing to the Isle of Man TT! Hope you enjoy the next weekend Geoff

I've never been to the TT before and me and a few mates were looking forward to going. Wasn't really worried about hotels as we were going to camp anyway, but it looks like that ideas knackered for next year. There is still availability as foot passengers, but what's the point of that as you can't g...

TT 2007 Ferry Crossings

I'm probably behind everyone else, but if you're thinking of booking with the Isle of Man Steam Packet ferry between Heysham or Liverpool to Douglas, for the "middle" week of the 2007 TT, it's apparently fully booked! They are operating a £20/€30 non refundable provisional booking facility...

Removed mine last year for a track day using Me-109's theory. Leave the spring on and undo the stand retaining bolts and once the tension is out of the spring you can easily remove it. Saves looking all over the garage floor for the missing bits....... Same principle putting it back, attach sp...

I'd recommend Oulton Park, its a good open circuit with a few tricky bends, Lodge Corner in particular, which caught me out every time when I did one in November last year. It's an adverse camber right hander that catches you off guard, it could have been because the track was wet, but we all had a ...

:D Just thought I'd let everyone know that the wheel hub cover from Axel in Germany, arrived on Saturday morning complete with the Euro 0.50 in change, taped to a piece of card! This guy seems dead straight. It also took less than a week to get it, which is very good. I haven't fitted the part yet, ...

Seems strange that it was diagnosed in [b]69% of bikers, eh?

I have also ordered one of the wheel plugs from the German guy, Axel, who I must say was very helpful in his e mails, and he also sent some "unusual" instructions on how to fix the plug into the wheel. If any one else gets one, the secret ingredient "Spuli" that you mix 1:1 with water and apply to t...

I bought mine from Motorworks and it's a Pyramid one. It fits perfectly on my 2004 model, although I've used Araldite to fix it onto the inside of the mudguard instead of using the adhesive pads & self tapping screws. The part number from Motorworks is MUA00147 , priced at £17.50 + p&p Hope ...

Yes, I saw it yesterday and I agree it might be a bugger to fit with maybe a few air bubbles getting in the way! I don't need one as mine has no damage ( yet ) with only 4.5 k miles on the clock but I'd look at one in the future. Worries me a bit that the listing states the adhesive is very strong, ...

Rossy1100S's bike pics

:D Just thought it was about time to put a few pics of my bike on the site. It's a 2004, standard bike with 4.5K miles and it suits me fine. Previous bike was a CCM 604 Supermoto and the only reason I changed was that me and my mate were going to the Moto GP in Assen, a bit too far on a S/Moto!! Tes...
