Amazing how the tyre stays on rim when deflated. My rear tyre punctured (3of) somewhere on M18 heading down to Notts. It was only when i left M1 at J25 that i realized it was completely flat! Further to my off at Mallory as posted on this forum I have now got the prices of the bits and bobs that were damaged. You will not be suprised to learn that BMW demand a sizeable wedge and to mitigate the damage to my wallet I maybe able to have the r/h under seat panel restored to its former glory...

Tell me about it, its not the first and probably will not be the last at least i now have a pair of knackered carbon headguards i can swap for trackdays. oh and i am fixed up with trailer. Incidentally I split a wisdom tooth in the off ... ironic and painfull.

My steering damper appears to be passing hydraulic fluid. ( dont remember squirting WD in this area)Is it serviceable? Is it worth servicing? can any steering damper be fitted?

In my opinion the removal of the cat is the element which changes the exhaust sound, radically, and the whole nature of the bike.
