Not when it's personal.

If there are individuals who have, let's say, a 'problem' with someone else on the board, for whatever reason (in which I'm not the slightest bit interested) there are plenty of ways of venting such without making it public.

As far as the board's concerned, the matter you're referring to is now closed.

Anyway...about this drink problem of mine.... ;)
