Seperate Tech Sections?

Postby eyore » Sat Sep 21, 2013 6:05 pm

Its a bit frustrating for R 11S owners to open a thread to find the subject matter refers to an R 12S and visa versa if you own an 11s.
Perhaps split the technical sections into R11s and R 12s??

But - what if it's a query about batteries/tyres/luggage in general?

Or
R1100s
R1200s
&
R1200st

Well how about R 12s R 11S and Others. If its model specific and technical, that's fine. If its general, well it surely belongs in Boxerchat.
All I know is searching for model specific threads in technical is difficult. :(

I think it better to just prefix your post with R1200S / R1100S /R1200ST in the tech section?

But if your bike(s) where listed under location on the left, that would help.

Personally, if a query is bike specific, I've started putting the model in brackets after the title.
