R100S Yesterday, K1200GT Today.

Thought I'd share some more photos or my R100. It had a bit of a clean and a good service. Riding really well now!

Today I did my favorite short run near my house- From North Sheffield out to Holmfirth, over Holmmoss and back over the Woodhead Pass home. Nice easy 40miles, but I really love the roads and views. It was the first run out I did on my first 125 almost exactly 10 years ago!
Here's a photo on top of Holmmoss (it was -1, so only one photo as that's all my hands could take!)-

Hope we get more nice sunny winter days before the snow lands!

I absolutely adore that R100S.

I know I sold my old airhead... because I wanted to replace it with the 11S, but... I think I may have to get myself another one. Probably an R100RS, though.

Mr. Spock is my role model so be advised; I possess no (discernible) sense of humour.

It's all VFR (DCT) round here now. STILL missing my 1100s tho.

The handlebars take a bit of getting used to Steve, they're very narrow and with everything being really inboard on an RS fairing it feels very odd at first :)

Whenever I take my RS out it always feels strange for the first few miles

Yeah, I've ridden one owed by a mutual BMW owning friend. It's why I bought an airhead in the first place.

Now I've got a proper tourer, I can have an airhead for pottering around on sunny days.

Pretty much what mine is used for, those odd sunny days when riding a classic, at a classics bimble is just "nice" :)
