Bob

Nice Tiger, but the new mistress had diverted attention away from your true love. Looks like she is crumbling to pieces in the garage and demands some attention to the rear end. :D

Hi Bob

To make the best of that 19t,put an open pipe on and get the ecu re-mapped(race tune) at a dealer and put a K+N on,it'll pull a 19 like it was stock.

Have done the K&N already but have also done a bundle of money having the diff rebuilt for the S so the pipe will have to wait a month.

The 19 tooth makes a big difference and still pulls very well ok so you have to change down a notch a bit more than often but so what no big deal.

And the best yet 55 MPG and not hanging around either.

Bob

S nearly rebuilt, then me thinks better check the top UJ so strip bike back down remove swingarm and shaft all is well better safe than sorry though.

£140.00 to strip final drive replace pinion bearing, seal and re shim crown wheel bearing which was Ok, not by a theiving BMW dealer though by a VERY competent bike shop called Premier bikes in Didcot (all ex BMW guys).
