Auld GS

Postby big rob » Sun Jan 27, 2019 3:13 pm

Aye, recently bought this auld plug to complement me BCR. The bike is clean for its' age, i've only managed to get out on it once so far, covered 100-miles and couldn't stop grinning inside me helmet, lumpy, bumpy and lots of character. Spent Saturday afternoon in me garage making a plate to allow the fitting of me trusty Hepco Becker top-box.

I owned one in 2001; traded my Firestorm for a new one and hated the damn thing  don't think i was "ready" for such a transformation at that point in my life. So, traded the GS for a 11S and have owned one ever since. Isn't life funny, eh?

Looking forward to getting out'n'about on the GS once the weather starts being a little kinder and there's no salt on the roads.

Nice one Rob!

I always liked that colour scheme...
