Do I qualify for this forum?

Postby seamus » Thu May 08, 2008 12:48 pm

Hi

Found this forum whist on my relentless search for more info in the HP2 Sport. Mine arrives in 2 weeks (although it should have been here March 8th!!) and to say I'm looking forward to it is putting it mildly! Just had a test ride and it's awesome - especially the quickshifter.

I've only ever owned 4 bikes - 03 R1100S, 06 R1200S and currently a K1200GT to complement the imminent arrival.

Apparently other bike manufacturers do exist?

Hi PB

If you've got a friendly local dealer they can borrow one of 2 demos for the UK directly from BMW UK. On Saturday I rode the actual bike used by MCN in last weeks' issue. It's alway good to test ride someone else's bike  and no - that doesn't mean mine!

Nah, I had a knackered old GS 500 for 2.5 days, guess that put me off Japs. But certainly didn't own it.
