hmm never mind, its done now :D

I have had my swing arm bearings replaced for the first time at 66k, and due to some sort of cock up and the lhs one collapsing, had to have it replaced last week, along with the pivot pin, at 69,200 miles. Facepalm. Having taken it all to bits the mechanic said the rest of the bearings and shaft etc were ok for a bit.... Here's hoping...

Keep an eye on eBay for paralever bearings. I have a set I got for 45 quid. It's scandalous what these cost from a stealer.

That said £200 fir a bit of peace of mind is a bit of a steal.
