Sounds absolutely brilliant. And it looks like it handles too.

Way back in the late sixties, I saw a Scott Squirrel advertised by a house clearance company for £25 (a bargain even then). So my mate and I went round to their premises with 25 readies. The bike was still there, but already sold. The guy said there was a queue of folk waiting for him when he arrived at work that morning. So we had no chance (still a teenager so couldn't get out of bed).

The guy knew nothing about bikes and thought £25 was about right for an old bike. It looked to be in excellent condition and had clearly been very well looked after.

How did the camera get in the garage before he opened the door? think the brakes could do with a bit of oil on as well!!
Hope all Trixters are having a well earned rest and eating and drinking too much - all the best everyone

I think my dad had one at some point (long before I came along).

Wish he had kept it and some of the others!

They were ahead of their time for sure.

Remember the silk?

Whatever happened to the hopwood designed stepped piston 2 stroke? The wulf, I seem to recall. Obviously emission regs would render it obsolete regardless nowadays.

Check out the Megola video in the right hand column next to the posted you tube link. Fascinating things. Look a bundle o fun to ride. I remember watching that tv documentary, but can't remember what it was called?
