Would You Wear One?

Postby Grip Fast » Tue Mar 04, 2014 9:18 pm

Need a new helmet. Tried one of these on today, and it's very comfortable. Big sale discount, but I couldn't make up my mind if I thought the colour scheme was great or hideous... Still not sure. My bike is black, so that's ok but my leathers and winter kit are a red that would clash horribly with fluorescent orange.

But I'm a bloke so why should I care? It's comfy and quiet (I'm told). And it's a good price.

Plain White or Black helmets are always the cheapest options if you don't like that colour, remembering you will have it for a few years of clothing and bikes.

Really lke my black XR1100

I have the earlier XR1000 shoei, it's been a great lid, however I mainly tend to go for white or light silver so I'd probably not go for the red one because of that.

I too use an XR1000 Shoei, which is great. Tried an 1100 which was even nicer, but too salty for me at the time. That's a great price.
