Pillion cover/system cases

Can anyone tell me if an R1100S pillion cover will fit into a system case?
Riding an S back from Christchurch to Auckland 2 up in Jan and would prefer to carry the pillion cover rather than trust it to postal system!

make sure you wrap it in something soft to prevent it rubbing inside the box. I had a helmet once rub paint off while inside a pannier.
