found the old girl

Postby mincer » Fri Feb 24, 2017 10:34 pm

Last summer I was trawling the internet and came across my old 11s, which I bought new from Bmw in 99 , a quick call to view and bingo its back in the garage.
Family bereavement meant no miles or time to play with it until now so I,m refitting it as its missing some bits .....roll on summer

Two years ago I saw a bike I owned in the 90's being ridden down Victoria street in London.
I loved that bike and never forgot it's registration.
I sprinted towards it like a mad man, but just as I got within a few yards of him the lights changed and he was gone.
Nearly 20 years after I sold it.
What are the chances.
I would have paid double what that bike was worth to have it back.

Emotional.
Fiat Panda.
Fiat Scudo (with speedblock, pipe carrier, reversing sensors, reversing camera, tow bar, some new rust and Fake Plumber logo)

started out with nothing, still have most of it left.
