Michelin PR4 Question SOLVED

Can anyone tell me what the "A" denotes in this description?
Michelin Pilot Road 4 A Rear 190/50 ZR17 73W

I have emailed the seller and a couple of other sellers with the same item, but cannot get a sensible reply.

Bearing in mind that 'mytyres' are Johnny Foreigners, is it likely to be a typo?

'A' is a determiner in this sentence, it's telling you it is 'a rear tyre'

I don't think it is a typo, if you google the EAN Number
3528701210902
You get many euro sites listing it as an "A"
Very odd.
I know that there are 3 types of PR4, std, GT and trail, but I cannot suss out what the "A" signifies.

OK I finally got a reply from Michelin themselves. It turns out that the "A" version is produced specifically for the German market, their type approval regs required some minor changes to the STD rear, the fronts don't require the sames changes and so are universal, they have stated that they are fully compatible in every other regard.
So that's that then, I like a happy ending

I'm sure you are right, there is always one, However be assured that the "A" version is fully legal throughout the world, but is the only one that can be fitted to German registered bikes.
