My boss called me over to his desk today to look at an internal email from BMW, apparently they have a load of old model bikes that have been display pieces mostly, with almost no mileage on them (typically 2 to 10 miles)

There was a Boxercup too that had been used once at some hill climb show event somewhere. Others included a K1, a K12LT, a K13GT, R100RS and RT's etc etc...... oh and K1200R Powercup, HP2S, etc etc.

I've told him to bid on the K13GT ... with 6 miles on it. If I get that I'd px the RT back in

The manager at my local dealers showed me that email today.
There are also photo's.
It's trade only.
Some nice bikes that'll fetch serious money.
There's an R1200C in there.
Loathed in it's day, but sought after now.
