BMW sales for the UK are down 14.1% on last years figures.
Not sure where you're cherry picking your figures from but up to December last year BMW dealers had hit 94% of target overall, given that the target is increased annually that looks fairly healthy in the current economic climate. But hey don't let reality colour your attempts to be a market Eyore

For example for last years end of quarter target we hit 357% of target, I don't see that as a falling market!
