You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

It's already appeared in Classic motorcycle mechanics a couple of years ago! I barely use mine now and as it's not worth very much I may just park it for a couple of years and see what happens.
I bought a 1990 vfr 750 a few years ago very cheap , well, 7 years ago to be exact but I sold it for the same price a few years later , although for me that was a good result.

Bought my bumble bee new and ragged it regularly on trackdays and it still runs sweet as home made strawberry jam.
Much as I am really liking the scrap yard special F800ST (lighter weight), I don't think I'll sell the R1100S - it is simply the best real world bike I have ever owned.
