Just before the shutters came down I surfed the other channels and saw a safety advert on 4. Looking at the site, it looks as though it was made in 2004 but I don't remember seeing it before. Mind you, if they only put it on in the early hours then it is no wonder!
Anyway, it'll soon be time to dust down the bike and get it back on the road and watching this video has helped in getting my brain back into 2 wheel mode.
Takes a while to load ..... dial up - forget it!
