Munich beckons, and I will most probably be there for some time. If anyone needs something from the home of BMW, let me know.

I haven't found a place to live yet, so don't ask me about somewhere to kip for the Oktoberfest...;-)

So how do prices compare.

A BMW top box and rack are about £400 in GB for a R1200GS ?

what are you up to in Germany - worked there for a year in the mid 90's. Had a cracking time from what I can remember of it.

Ah....

If truth be told, looking for a new girlfriend ;-) And earning drinking vouchers for crates of Augustiner Edelstoff.

Working at O2. I built the network (all by myself you understand) in 96/97, but lived/was based here 89-99.

And wondering whether it's worth bringing the bike over...
