Another Scottish tour

Postby Dog Tyred » Wed Sep 06, 2006 12:52 pm

Actually more of a long weekend visit really.

Mate and I are planning a short trip upto the West coast in acouple of weeks, based around Fort William(ish). Can anyone recommend a B&B (or Hotel) in the area with secure bike parking?

Cheers

Up there you're not going to need secure bike parking to be honest. Just make sure having come that far that you get over to Applecross and the Bealach na Ba, awesome just awesome.

Fabulous - and great shots too!

Had a couple of summers climbing on Skye - would love to take a bike there some time.

Well done on the photos..................you clearly understand that, no matter how good the view is - we need to see bikes in the foreground :thumbright:

Nice pics, the scenery looks stunning as well.

Need to go back up there at some point as you quickly forget what a fantastic place this island is...

What a bloody great place,eh?
Cant wait to go back.
The brotherinlaw and i will be getting a canoe next year. Its the best way to get to the really isolated places and really getaway from the maddening crowd.
I will go on a bike at some point too.
