Seen outside the known hoods hangout, the club where the £53 million 2006 Tonbridge robbery was planned - allegedly - a snooker club in Kent, this morning at 11.00 hrs......

Dunno how it works elsewhere - I know there's plenty of people from the "job" on this site - but I was chatting to a local Northamptonshire bike cop recently who said :
- they had only a vestigal traffic division following the creation of the DoT muppets in fake cop cars
- as they had little legacy traffic work they mainly worked intercept
- he explained that every major road into the shire is covered by numberplate reading cameras
- when they alarm a suspect index the boys get a shout and they go running
- a fair bit of analysis is performed that predicts hotspots
- because of this they can often be seen lurking near them

So maybe this is the case with these Kentish Men (or Men of Kent?) - or maybe they just went to play pool? [smilie=biker.gif]

Perhaps they are working on a few "Frames"
Fiat Panda.
Fiat Scudo (with speedblock, pipe carrier, reversing sensors, reversing camera, tow bar, some new rust and Fake Plumber logo)

started out with nothing, still have most of it left.
