Hi all. Long time no post, so I thought I'd give an update on mods. I raised the bars above the yoke. What a revelation, (for me anyway!). The bike is soo much more comfortable. I bought a used screen for £10, cut off the two horns and the lack of buffeting around my Shoei visor pods is very noticeable. Had my Laser Y-piece, chip, and exhausts fitted, along with my Lennies 'Induct', a K&N filter and a K12 fuel regulator. I now sound like a Messerschmitt on a low raid. Biggest surprise has been the increase in power at the top end, or should I say, the new urge to rev there. From 100mph, she pulls like a train. Love just blipping the throttle and ride it as fast as any of my previous jap tackle. I feel that I'm now using all of the power available, instead of being made to feel inferior, like on my blade. Would like some cylinder head protectors if anyone has any going....
