Pannier capcity

Does anyone know what the pannier capacity is on "city" and "wide" panniers?

I'm weighing up a new purchase and want to compare sizes - the wide ones are more or less the perfect size.

I think about 31-32 litre the wide pannier.

There are three sizes of lids.

City Lids, which I think might give around 17ltrs capacity

Touring lids, which I reckoned to be around 30ltrs

Global lids, which must be around 42ltrs, but are the width of a bus.
