im using tungsten di sulphide on my exhaust studs ,,, did both my 1150 and 12s last year , ,,, with heat and patience i got all the studs out , mind you , id not like to have tried in a couple of years ,,,, oh , i an now using vw beetle exhaust manifold nuts too ,,, brass, and long , so one long dome and one short standard hex , covers all the lubed studs.
fingers crossed , but seems good so far.

Installed the Danmoto tonight. I took the pipe and exhausts to a muffler shop and had them stretch the Y pipe to fit perfectly, so no need for different clamps or shims. Got the whole thing on in under two hours. Still haven't heard it, but it sure looks nice.
