Is my end can just for show?

Postby milleplod » Thu Jan 19, 2017 11:55 am

After changing the oil on my ST's final drive, I've yet to put the end can back on. I started it up this morning just to see what it sounded like. Very nice! But not really any different to when the can's fitted. Its a Remus with the baffle removed. I do believe the can's just a metal tube now, that does nothing!

Cool! Leave the can off - less to clean and less weight :thumbleft: Another thread I've just been reading prompted this clarity of thought :D

Now, go and eat a pie to celebrate

Yes, just like J-Lo rear end.
